Start your day off right with our SUP Yoga class. Our certified SUP instructor will guide you through an hour long class. With the mountains and lush coastline as the backdrop, and the gentle roll of the water beneath you, the class is not only a bit more challenging than its counterpart in a studio, but our studio is one that you will never forget.
By blending Hatha Yoga asanas and paddle boarding, the word “balance” is quickly redefined. We learn to breathe and move with the gentle ocean waves, practicing mindfulness while floating on the water. This sensation quickly drifts you of to a sweet serenity, while building strength and flexibility.

About The Instructor
Our instructor Sarah “Jnaneshwari” Hannala is a motivated and committed Yoga instructor with training and specialization in Vinyasa, Kirtan, Meditation, Restorative and Sivananda Hatha. Motivated to influence others in a conscious and healthy lifestyle, with spiritual passion, outgoing high energy and a deeply compassionate nature.
