We have two rules at Paddle 9:

1) Be Safe! and 2) Have Serious Fun!

Paddle 9 prides itself in running safe tours and transport with the best logistics and safety procedures in the industry. Our guides and staff are well-trained in emergency situations and take your safety very seriously. Should an accident occur, we are covered by a comprehensive umbrella liability insurance policy.

Cancellation policy

  • Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before departure will incur a 50% Penalty.
  • Cancellations received within 24 hours or less of the tour will be subject to a 100% Penalty.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the tour cost.

Due to National Park regulations and ticketing policies, cancellations made 15 days or less before the tour date will incur a 100% penalty on the park entrance ticket ($18 per person will be non-refundable). This policy applies specifically to the Manuel Antonio National Park Guided Tour.

Modification policy

Modification requests are subject to availability. If a date change cannot be accommodated our cancellation terms will apply.
