Paddle 9 prides itself in running safe tours and transport with the best logistics and safety procedures in the industry. Our guides and staff are well-trained in emergency situations and take your safety very seriously. Should an accident occur, we are covered by a comprehensive umbrella liability insurance policy.
Cancellation policy
Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to departure time for a 100% refund. 48 to 24 hours a 50% penalty applied. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less are subject to a 100% penalty. No shows are penalized at 100%.
Modification policy
Modification requests are subject to availability. If a date change cannot be accommodated our cancellation terms will apply.
