Wonderful guides and memorable experience I spend the day doing the waterfall tour with my family, including young children. The guides (Reece and others) could not have been better. The tour was well staffed (4 guides for 8 people) which made the experience safe and super smooth. The guides could not have been more accommodating. My only regret in CR is not doing more tours with this company.

Amazing experience! We had an amazing experience at the Nauyaca waterfalls! Matt, Ismael, and Mambo were all extremely funny, caring, and helpful every step of the way. Both of my parents can’t swim and have some trouble hiking, and Matt did everything in his power to make it doable and easier for them; they left saying the waterfalls was the highlight of their trip! Couldn’t recommend more, this experience is beyond worth it!!(opens in a new tab) 
Definite MUST DO Our family of 5 (kids ages 17, 19, 22) absolutely LOVED this trip. You can do as little (waterfall wading) or as much (30ft cliff jump) as you want. The meal was by far our favorite of the "lunch provided" type - get the full breaded/fried fish! Corry and the guys were amazing - we were lucky enough to get Corry in our previous day's nature hike and we were thrilled.(opens in a new tab)
